Simple, honest, and here so you know exactly what to expect. By purchasing or signing up to any RECLAIM YOUR SPARK programme, you agree to the terms below.
Health & Programme Disclaimer
RECLAIM YOUR SPARK is led by a Nutritionist trained as a Registered Dietitian, and provides nutrition, wellness, and mindset education and coaching. It is not a substitute for personalised medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
As a participant, you remain responsible for your own health decisions. Please consult your GP or healthcare provider before beginning any new nutrition or movement programme, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are managing a mental health condition. Results and outcomes will vary from person to person.
Spark & IgniteDigital Products
Spark and Ignite are delivered digitally (PDF meal plans, with Ignite including community and call access). Because these are digital products delivered immediately on purchase, all sales are final once delivered. We're unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
If you experience a technical issue receiving your plan, contact us and we'll sort it promptly.
Reclaim8-Week Programme
Your spot in Reclaim is confirmed once payment is received and your initial assessment call is booked. Payment is non-refundable once your assessment call has taken place, as this marks the start of your personalised plan and coaching.
Monthly payment options are available by request.
Radiate & The RYS CollectiveMembership & Payments
- Membership payments are required in full prior to each monthly renewal period.
- Your membership continues on an ongoing monthly basis unless cancellation is submitted in writing via our cancellation request form or by emailing hello@reclaimyourspark.co.nz.
- To avoid renewal for the upcoming month, cancellation requests must be submitted prior to your next renewal date.
- Once a monthly payment has been made, it is non-refundable, including where cancellation occurs partway through a membership period.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your recurring payment method remains active and up to date for the duration of your membership.
- You may move between available membership options by contacting us at hello@reclaimyourspark.co.nz or via our renewal/adjustment form.
- Where there has been a break in membership, RECLAIM YOUR SPARK may require an onboarding fee before rejoining, to ensure appropriate support is in place.
Intellectual Property
All programme materials, meal plans, resources, and content are the intellectual property of RECLAIM YOUR SPARK and may not be copied, reproduced, or shared without permission.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your personal information is treated with care and kept confidential. It's used only to support your participation in a RECLAIM YOUR SPARK programme and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where there is a serious concern for your safety or the safety of others, or where disclosure is required by law.
Our private community group operates on Facebook, a platform outside our control and governed by its own terms.
